Building upon clinical skills learned in their initial trimester in Moody Health Center, interns continue to provide chiropractic care to patients under the mentoring and supervision of faculty attending clinicians. Interns are expected to refine their skills to meet the defined clinical competencies. The CCCIII course incorporates additional elements to further develop the students into Practice-Ready clinicians including practice management/promotion procedures, continued insurance fundamentals, and credentialing procedures.
Prerequisites
Completion of Tri 1-8 courses; CC812221 Chiropractic Clinical Clerkship II; All students must sit for the NBCE Part II examination as a requirement to earn the Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
