Intro to Spanish Conversations for the Chiropractic Practitioner is an introductory level course exposing the well-established chiropractic student to conversational Spanish words, phrases, commands, questions, and answers in the clinical setting. The focus of the course includes 4 assignments assessing the knowledge and application of concepts both from a clinical, social, and procedural application. The intention is for the student to be able to complete a simple “yes/no” response history from a Spanish only speaking patient. The course is presented primarily via recorded, asynchronous format with scheduled on-campus, speaking group activities.
Corequisites
Must be concurrently enrolled in, or previously passed Chiropractic Clinical Clerkship II, III, or IV
